I heard on the radio a couple days ago that he paid out of his own pocket to transport some Lions down to Florida. It's too cold here... and keeping them indoors 7 months a year can't be very good for them.
It makes me a little sad that I won't be seeing any African animals at the Zoo anymore-- but it makes sense. I wouldn't want them to be kept under the conditions they've had in the past, having to live indoors in a tiny confined space.
I stand by my campaign plan, though.
