Pity I have no experience with farming. I'd love to just live in the country with animals.

I don't think I could survive doing what she's doing, because you'd have to be quite knowledgeable with farming and living minus electricity, but the thought of being away from cities and the hub of modern life does sound enticing.

It would be too much work for me, though. I wouldn't be able to handle it.

I live in a little farm in New Zealand ( we have broadband and electricity) , we don't kill anything tho.. we have llamas, Alpacas and sheep, a donkey, chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits you name it... it's not really that much work since we have very few animals number wise, like two sheep not 2,000 or anything and all this on a 1 acre block... its fun and all the animals are friendly, next year im moving to New Zealands biggest city Auckland for a year, to do a course.. not sure how im going to cope! The problem with her life is shes still alone :/ thats no fun...
