I would say it's just the SA/paranoia talking. But facing these feelings, and sticking to this site, could be an excellent learning curve for you!
I'm only new, but i go on here for self-development primarily, and as such i don't really care what others on here think (as long as i don't feel hated, maybe). The social/people side is just an "extra". I'm not deliberatly looking for social/acceptance/etc, and am certainly not "demanding" it. Whatever happens, happens. Going with the natural/spontaneous flow of life. But i'm of an "older" age, and maybe have gotten over all/most of the hangups/irrationalities/etc i had with people. And also i've gotten used to being alone & independent, so i don't really rely on anyone for anything .. which means i don't easily get "offended" or hurt by feeling that i'm being ignored/disliked/etc. If i DO happen to feel such, then am able to quickly "move on" & forget about it (water off duck's back)
I would suggest you (& others prone to this train of thought) to tru accept the following:
--> Although it might SEEM to be (such-n-such) it doesn't mean it actually IS (such-n-such)
Ever heard of the phrase "Truth is stranger than fiction"?. This means that the truth can be harder to believe than fiction (the lies/generalisations/irrationalities we tell ourselves)
