I don't want to grow up.

I'm 15, quite young I reckon.
I already miss my childhood.

There are so many mistakes I've made in my life, so many times that I've screwed up.
I wish I could go back and concentrate on my school work instead of trying to be that cool kid, that everyone likes.
I ended up with many many people hating me, all my friends turning against me.

Now my education is bad, I'm too slack, I don't have enough discipline to do my homework and such.
I'm in year 10 now. I have two more years in school before I go to uni.

I feel as if my life is moving so fast, I don't want to grow up..
Any suggestions on what I should do before I become an 'Adult' things I should appreciate before they're gone, etc etc?

Take your time, I'm 24 and except for the fact that I work part time, my life is the same as when I was 15. Continue doing what you love to do for as long as you can that's what i'm doing because I know when I'll be working full time I won't enjoy life as much. If you are not lazy like me and you can enjoy a certain type of work, do that type, don't make yourself miserable just for money

I'm 25 now and there's no real way of stopping growing up. I have regrets from my early 20's, so you'll have more regrets and stuff-ups coming up. Sorry to say it but you will. Everyone does. :)

You should definitely listen to Da Illist and Mikey. They gave you very accurate and needed advice for anyone around your age.

Do try and do things you enjoy as much as you can, because ,odds are, when your older most of your time is going to be filled with things you don't want to do. So, take advantage of the freedom you have now to enjoy yourself in ways that wont negatively affect your future. The " Don't negatively affect your future." part, is extremely important to remember. If you feel like you've messed up already, it's okay. Your young. You still have time to fix it. It's a good thing you see it now rather then later when it's more difficult to alter yourself.

The gist of what I'm saying is; enjoy yourself, but don't forget the impact it has on your future.

As far as I can tell, people don't consider you an adult until you've gotten married and had children.
Or that's how it is in my family, anyways.
haha
I'll be 24 soon and I've worked all my life and been a part time mother to my younger brother- helped pay the bills- worked my fingers to the bone, etc.
I feel like an old woman.
I'm considered to be a baby still, though.
Often talked down to, like a small child.
No one expects me to be responsible or mature or adult-like in any way.

You can live like a teenager well into your 20's; and in many ways, being a teenager is much like being a child.
Slightly more responsibility; but people expect you to make mistakes and do crazy things.

Do what you like and enjoy and continue to make mistakes.
Learn from your mistakes and move on.
That's how you live, I think.

My advice: appreciate EVERYTHING. Take opportunities. Say yes more often.

Make the ocasional mistakes of a boy around your age and then don't worry about them on the next day, there is not a more "teenage" thing to do than that.
Im 19 and i regret not having enough social life when i was 15.
