How are you feeling?

Happy because I finally have two days off after working seven days in a row, but grumpy because I have a job interview tomorrow for a job I don't think I really want! Ugh....

OMG, OMG, OMG Im feeling hysterical :)

Just went to an employment agency i used to work for: they were really surprised to see me and the lady who knew me from before was talking to me but she was really close and it felt so intense with eye contact aaaaahhhhh.

The whole time I was there i was just like: get me outta here. Then they interviewed me ha ha im pants but it was more worse cos they knew me from before.

On my way home I couldnt stop laughing, just wanted to tell someone and get this out of me. I could just scream, cry, shout. Im glad its over :)

They are really lovely at that agency though. The lady incharge said: what places didnt i like working at before. She said to the lady interviewiong me that even though i didnt like a place i would always work my shift until the end.

I am exhausted! A whole day of driving after a whole week of Melbourne stuff and now I can finally sleep in my own bed. After music, though.

I'm actually excited to see my therapist tomorrow. I miss her. ::eek::
Heh, I feel the exact same way. :) She must be a lovely lady?

Seven days straight is nuts. Why are you going to the interview if you don't want the job?

not actually Fiona Apple
I've been a scatterbrain lately, I'll start something, forget I started it, work on something else, remember the other thing I started, switch back to that, and then get distracted and do another third thing. As long as I don't end up forgetting anything though no harm done ::p:

Guilty... I shouldn't be ashamed of my thoughts and feeling. This is me. I'm not going to be intimidated by others. I'm not going to regret showing my feelings again.

Not very happy. I got made redundant after three frigging weeks, since the store closed down. And apparently I did this on purpose according to my mum. It's amazing, my mum can make me feel so nice at times, but when she wants to, she can make me feel like I'm a piece of crap that should go die. God, I know I'm an utter failure, I don't need her to remind me every single god-damned day. I remind myself enough as it is.

Oh and mum, I can hear you when you talk about what a disappointment I am and how you wished you'd listened to my dad and 'just had my brother, not two kids.'. You being downstairs with the kitchen door open doesn't mean you're in a magical bubble where no one can hear you. But hey, we can both agree on something, we both wish I wasn't bloody born.

Funny how the minute I start getting settled back into my place after being away for two weeks, I feel like I'm stuck in a black hole...

Sleep well! :)

Yes, it is/was! Thankfully I don't have to do that very often!

Why are you going to the interview if you don't want the job?
I had a feeling that I shouldn't bother going to the interview and I was right! The reason I went is because it's the kind of work I want to do more of but it's not in a unit I want to work in. Plus, it has paid medical benefits, which I'm paying for on my own right now. But, a 7:00 am start time just isn't going to happen - I don't do early!!!

Sounds like you really enjoyed spending time with your aunt! Any chance of moving to Texas so you can be around her more often?

I did enjoy that trip very much, but I don't think I would want to live there, mainly because of the summer weather and I'm too attached to my home state. I just hate this campus and wish I could move away from it. It's a black hole. Not only does it remind me of things that make me upset, but I've just grown to hate the atmosphere and many of the people in it.

Yes, Texas does have some brutal weather (but then again, aren't Illinois winters pretty harsh too?). I'm spoiled living in California where we have no seasons! ;)

Maybe it's time to find a new school to go to? Is that a possibility or are you going to a specialized art/photography school?

IL winters can be pretty harsh, but I would rather be cold than hot.

Unfortunately, I can't switch schools. I have one more semester before graduation. I think that no matter what college I would have gone to, I still would probably be the same. My SA probably still would have peaked. The college environment is just not one for my personality, it seems.

Well, try your best to hang in there for the final semester and in the meantime look forward to a fresh start once you graduate! Does your school schedule allow for a part-time job? Even though there can crappy co-workers, I've met many of my long-time friends from jobs I've worked at.

I currently have a part-time job through my school as an event photographer. Sometime this semester, I'm going to look for a second job (can be anything, as long as I have one for when I move again).

Well, it's not a "paying" job, but if you like animals, you could ask about photographing cats/dogs/bunnies/etc for your local animal shelter. Having a good pic is what often gets the animal adopted! Earns you lots of good karma points! :)
