At least yours is memorable. Mine isn't, besides the icky taste of sweat that my boyfriend at the time was covered in after doing some laps for PE. Not enjoyable whatsoever, contrary to what so many people say about it. Liars -__-

I was totally unprepared for mine, I was nervous as hell, my face was red, and he was looking at me weird and then before I knew it he was attacking my face LOL. It wasn't very enjoyable, and afterward I was shaking with nervousness and awkwardness. Not a nice introduction to romance :s

Ánd I´m tired of always being worried and anxious.
Today I´m going to talk to a therapist about starting in group therapy... I´m not thrilled about anything that has to do with groups, but I guess it´s good to give everything a try.
I feel like I'm the outcast in my family. Everytime I express my opinion I ended up starting an argument, just for saying what I think. 😠 Which is nothing new, really. Needless to say I'm now dreading Christmas this year.

Hey Nanita, We seem a lot likely. I know what u are feeling:🙁: I hope you will encourage yourself to go to group therapy, I pushed myself too.
Their nice people, still it's so hard to talk in a group about serious stuff. 88
They are even filming, to teach other people, So it's terrifying haha.
So it can always be worse 😉 Of course it's not a public video tape it's just for Borderliners and socially anxious people, but still. 😮
I hope the group therapy will bring you help in the future. A tool box full of strategies to cope with anxiety is a great thing and a change in mindset (be more rational and fear less and to not worry) is the key.
And find your body back to balance and not constant anxiety.
