magnesium deficiency can cause panic attacks. google it.
'magnesium panic attacks' or such.. It's better to get magnesium with food though, some supplements can have side effects..
some other vitamins/minerals can be important too..
Ahh okay. My ex who was a nurse told me awhile back to start taking B12 and staying off caffeine. I don't have the B12 anymore but I stay clear of caffeine and stuff.
