Long story short, I suffered from OCD ever since I was a kid (I still remember it very vividly in fact), but I'm more conscious of the intrusive thoughts now, which just creep my nerves, some of which include :
-Fear of harming others or myself
-Fear of losing control of the body
-Fear of radiation, chemical intoxication etc.
- Fear of misery, isolation, failure.
I haven't seen a psychotherapist as of yet, any start-off tips ?
