Hi, I'm new here. 18 years old. Female. I typically don't like making introduction posts on message boards because... well... I'm so darn shy, but I thought I'd make an exception here. 
I found this site a couple of days ago and was very drawn to the supportive community here. I've been shy all my life (except for that strange period during elementary school), and I'm constantly trying to overcome it. I hope to get to know some of you!
