hate the summer anyone!

maybe this is only me, but i cant stand the summer, everyones going on holiday for weeks on end, rock festivals, techno festivals(that seem to last a fortnight), camping, beaches, etc etc

every "normal" person is all full of joy as soon as the sun comes up!

dont get me wrong im not denying people happiness, its just annoying that i cant! (it takes me to answer the door sometimes!)

i love the winter, the dark nights, the rain and even the snow, cause it means they are most likely stuck indoors like me, instead of having a fkn BBQ right outside my window!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

Just do what I do: Go for bike rides by yourself :) they're fun! Although I have a big provincial park close to my house so it's probably more enjoyable for me because of that lol

hehe that sounds like fun, but the last time i drove(a van) i crashed into a river!
its put me off a bit! lol

I love the summer because usually I'm reunited with my best friends who all live in different countries now.

I would love it if I didn't have hyperhidrosis and if I felt comfortable around people. Then I would be able to go out in the sun and feel good, get a tan, do all the things normal people do in the summer, and ride my bicycle even when it's very hot like every cyclist does, and be happy like all the others. Looks like I can't, so for now I am still dreaming of all that.

yeah I hate it, it's the hardest time of the year for me. I tend to hide away and hibernate for most of it. I am not a sun lover anyway.

I dunno, when the sun is out it makes me want to get outside and do something - which is good. Overcast days make me a bit depressed. I love the rain (the sound of it hitting the roof and stuff) so long as I dont have to go out and work in it, but I work at home on a farm and its not much fun getting soaked and walking in 6 inches of a mud-and-cow-poo mixture!

Also one of my favourite things to do right now is go out driving on a beautiful sunny day, with my windows right down, music on and the sound of the V6 up front. I love it.

The summer sucks because your stuck indoors doing nothing while everyone else is out with there friends having fun.

Then ofcourse there is all the pressure that gets put onto you from your parents. They will ask on and on why aren't you doing anything or trying to find a job.

I hate summer really bad.
Not just because people are about more and I don't really wanna go out and have people around me but because of the heat as well I can't stand it.
Every morning for about a week now I wake up with a headache which lasts for ages.
Getting sick of it, i'd be more than happy to have winter all year round cuz I love the cold weather.

I dont get it :( why most here would hate summer,its warm and nice outside and id say you could hardly be depressed when the sun is out.and mostly people who have problems with sweating,or blushing should be happy,because if its outside +25c and you see someone ghost pale walking i would be suspicious if the person is ok,where someone sweating or red would look normal to me in such weather.So dont sit inside,bring a chair into the back garden and get all tanned,read a book instead feeling sorry for yourself.Now i wish i lived somewhere warm all year instead of seeing this depressing english weather all the year.

haha, its not very often ive heard a female saying they cant stand the heat, im sure my mum keeps the gas central heating on all through the summer (just incase she might feel the cold!)

Summer Time and the living is HARD!!!

I hate the summer so much!!!!!!! It's hot and disgusting. I really could care less about what people are doing, it doesn't matter to me. Besides even if I could do any of those things I would want to do it in the winter. I don't even know anyone so I can't think of how they are having fun and I'm not. Yay for deprivation? I don't care about the sun either, as far as I'm concerned I've had enough sun for a lifetime. Viva la Freezers!!

I, too, "hate" the summer. Of course the fact that everyone's out there having fun with their friends makes me even more frustrated with myself, but the biggest reason why I prefer the winter is the heat. I HATE heat.

It's been +30c here for the last week and we don't have an AC so the house stays hot even during the night and I can't sleep.

Damn global warming.
