Yes in a way it has. In some ways I gotten better but I remain alone and without a relationship and i dont know if I should plan to stay that way too

I was born with SA, I think, so I've never known a life free of SA. Because of SA, I wasn't able to walk through loud public places such as the cafeteria without feeling scared and anxious.
