And why?
If these people already know then who was the hardest?

You can only pick one.

1, Your Mum
2, Your Dad
3, Your Partner
4, Your Closest Friend
5, Your Boss
6, Your Teacher/Tutor
7, Complete Stranger

I've already told most of the people I know, so the hardest one would be to tell a total stranger.

I don't really have a hard time saying things most of the time-- no matter who it is to...
but I guess in the past, I was most scared to tell my boyfriend about my problems because I didn't want him to worry or get upset or leave me behind.
Parents will worry and get upset but they're obligated to still love you anyways.
haha

Nr. 2 My Dad cause he is dead, but if he would be still alive it would definitely be him, I couldn't even often say to him what I was eating if he were asking about that haha.
So I dont think I could ever tell him about my problems, not mental problem to precise

I would definitely say a total strangers because first of all you don't know that person, and second of all they might hurt you and mess with your feelings. I've never told a total stranger I have Social phobia, or in that case any of my other issues.

I hate telling people things anyway but... if I had to choose it would be my teacher or teachers cause that would make it awkward in the classroom and they might try to be extra nice to you and somewhat patronizing.

Well, I dont find a problem in telling people I have it.
It's just explaining what it is to them, is the problem. Even my friend didn't understand what I meant.

I never had friends, partner or boss, so I couldn't tell.

I trust my parents, thought depending on the problem it could be really hard.

A teacher? I never talk to them and they don't even know who am I XD

I think that I have to say a stranger, I think the hardest part is when they don't even pretend to care.

It depends on their views on the matter but probably a stranger because it would be completely unpredictable on how they would react to it, but if you never had to see them again it may not be so bad.

Some people relate it to a general fear but with most fears there’s usually not a self esteem issue.

OK so Dad is the most difficult. But why is it harder to tell your father?
People who said stranger confuse me, I thought it would be easier. After all, we all talk about our feelings and emotions on here which granted is not entirely the same thing, but in effect we are all strangers to each other.
