Do you guys ever feel like your loneliness is driving you to madness? :?

Yes. I went to the cinema last night with a workmate and i felt good for once having company, but now i have kind of withdrawl symptoms.

Yesterday I felt ok and today I feel dead inside. Is this normal?

I feel dead right now..I was fine at work today but since i got home at 6pm i have been feeling dead. My heart feels as though it's down in my stomach, but at the same time my mind is hurting from thinking too much.
