I find wearing sunglasses helps. I'm over worrying in anyone thinks that it is rude, I need to protect myself from harm.

Still having horrible problems with eye contact it's the route of all my depression, stress and anxiety. Nothing I do seems to work, I have tried looking at the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose etc but this hasn't fixed it. I don't know what to do I feel so desperate now, life is just too much hassle and I don't knopw how much more of this I can take I really don't.

Imagine that you are not looking at their eyes, but are looking at their soul.
Try 10 seconds- look into eyes
Then 5 seconds- look at something else
You don't have to continuously look at their eyes.

Wearing sunglasses really isn't a solution as it's avoidance. Besides, you can't wear sunglasses if you are going to a job or workplace can you?
