Thanks guys! Yesturday was a result of a few things firstly I was away for 5 days and forgot my meds, I know idiot!! Also things have just seem to be getting worse for me and im having trouble coping. Im a little better today but im keeping my distsnce from humans for a while haha!

I seem to keep acting like oh its no big deal, I was going to london for 5 days and forgot them, basicly every day I missed my meds was a bit worse untill on the last day I lost the plot
