electric like/prickly feeling

has anyone ever experienced a prickly feeling or feeling of being shocked, very mild of course - I am trying to describe it as best I can...like if you've ever stuck your tongue on a 9 volt battery - you know that feeling? Well, I get that sort of feeling sometimes throughout my body.

Opinions or similar experience? Could it be some kind of vitamin deficiency?

i experience an electric shock type sensation right through my left shoulder which makes me twitch. i told my psychiatrist about it and he just dissmissed it and said it was normal .

Yes, I get static shock from time to time, more so during the winter. Sometimes when I touch my sweater or something hairy, my fingertips get shocked a little. Also earlier when I exercised, I felt this prickly feeling above my lips, twice.

Certain antidepressants cause that. If that's a possibility.
