Yea... I've gotten that but that was when I never told anyone. My reactions in public, the shaking and severe nervousness...

Hah, the people who were aware of my inhibitions never gave me any kind of pity. Not that I wanted any, but they kind of just dismissed it.

I've learnt that people can prey on you when they're aware of your weaknesses, so I think it's best to not mention it to anyone besides people you know you can trust. Sometimes I think being emotionally distant is not such a bad thing after all.
 
Don't say things like this. It helps to tell people, for some people, but they're scared to. You're not helping them

This is the reason why I would never do that.. My parents, my sister, my cusin, they already act as if I needed to be saved or something.. Well, they're enough..
