do the clocks change worldwide?

or is it just in the uk or just europe? the clocks go back one hour here at midnight, so when its midnight its only 11pm (i hate when they do that!)
i missed coronation street for a whole week once!

if the liverpool v man utd game is a 2pm kick off it really wont be till 3pm

so where does the extra hour go

In North America Day light time saving moves back one hour at Nov 1st 2009 this year at 2 am

It is not only Europe. I work for a company that has a sub-office in middle east.
They changed the clock back last month.
