I've been on the Paleo diet for years, first to tackle terrible migraines (which worked) Side affects were that I lost weight without starving myself and became far far healthier both mentally and physically. Most noticeable thing, brain fog lifted!
I had a lot of luck reducing soda and sodium consumption. Drink more water and don't add salt to stuff helped a lot for me, I went from 311 (when I was around 20 or so) to my current 210 (I'm 31 now) and I've managed to stay in that range for several years

Hi, I agree to minimizing the soda consumption because it is not good for the health too. Likewise, I also drink a lot of water and I'm trying not to eat so much sweets for my diet.
