depressed lately

Hey everyone...

Sorry for my lack of usual posts...ive been in a mental dark cave for a while. not really sure why, not real reason for it.

Still taking my medications and such, just havnt been able to shake how im feeling. Acting like my normal self is becomming more difficult as of late.

Will be talking to the doctor about my meds soon.

Just wanted to say im still here, still alive, and still among ya's

Sorry to hear that you're going through a rough time.

I've been feeling depressed lately, myself. Anyway, good to know you're still alive. Hope you eventually feel better. Stay strong, mate.

I know man, I've had the exact same problem. Today was really bad for me with depression. My life just seems so meaningless and it's soooooo boring.

I think i should probably hang around my friends more but even that is something I don't get a ton of joy out of. I need more hours of work too but getting a job is so hard and depressing too. Ugh, my life is just this ongoing saga of boredom and loneliness, even when I'm around people I feel lonely.

My only hobbies that I enjoy doing are drinking and gambling and both of those give me either a hangover, pass out or lose money. I'm sick of video games, movies and television.
