Don't know if there are any addicts like me, but this is kinda true. I stopped those kind of activities for 10 days ( after months of training ) and I did saw that I was slightly happier and more active ( for an injured guy anyways). I also was a lot less nervous around people and more sociable ( for me ).
I think what cause this is the difference between the high and low: let's say you this because you are depressed or any other reason then normal horniness ( don't think it's a word) you start getting happy then happier then happier then BAM back to your sad reality. Going from one extreme to the other can't be good to your mental health. I'm only using myself as an example for this.
Personally it's a bigger problem for me then SA but I know I have SA to thanks for it.
