He knows I don't want him to take them, but he's just like it's fine don't worry :/ I don't think he used to being left out or anything so if someone doesn't like him he freaks out and says he needs medication to deal with it

Wouldn't he be the best judge of whether or not he needs medication? I'd say you're probably overreacting.
