Another newbie here

Hi

I'm new this website/forum. I recently found out about social phobia through my psychiatrist and has said I show a lot of traits/ symptoms of social phobia and maybe starting CBT in the next few months. I also have BPD too (officially).

I'm from the UK... East Yorkshire and I'm 19. Also a cat lover here... I have 3 lol...hence the username.

Hope to get to know some of you

I am also a newbie. I also have BPD and am receiving CBT. I am, however significantly older than you at 50. I keep house rabbits as it gives life focus and meaning. Days are different and today I feel lonely and depressed. I hope this site will help both of us tyo feel a little less alone. It is nice to hear from you Kitty and, good luck to us both.

Im new also, I have Social Phobia and avoidant personality disorder, dealt with other things in the past. This site is a Godsend as you'll soon find out.
