    That's good. Do you expose yourself to real life situations such as socialization? I do for the reasons I mentioned. Sorry but what do you think about me saying that most of the things I want to do are on the same level of anxiousness so I can't really start at what makes me the most anxious?

    I don't know an example of a replacement thought but Loyal gave me an example so I get it now. I'll try using these affirmations but just getting started is very hard to do in regards to what I'm very anxious about. But I'll see how it goes though.

    I don't go out a lot because of an current circumstance I have tbh (something I will share in private if you want). Plus I only go out when I have to even without the current circumstance. Otherwise I don't go out a lot. Do you sleep long hours at night or day?

    It good to know someone relates. The problem is I can't sleep most of day because I won't sleep good at night and it hurts my eyes to sleep a long time other then night time sometimes. Although I tried. What do you suggest I do for boredom because of anxiety and lack of motivation?

    I'm haven't been doing good recently. My anxiety and lack of motivation leaves me being bored for most of the day. Being bored is a bad feeling for me because I have this hopeless feeling sometimes. I get frustrated with myself unfortunately.

    Me too I find it difficult because I forget a lot to encourage myself and I only build myself up when necessary. For me anxiety/fear and lack of motivation makes back down from doing some things I want to do.
