I have a question that can sound weird (maybe I am just paranoid). I have applied secure pads(topical glycopyrrolate) mainly to my face, head and neck.... I have the usual side effects : pb urinating and dry mouth and nose... It is not a problem for me. How does the secure pads actually work...

I sweat a lot mainly when i am nervous... I have tried propranolol .. no effects... and now I also tried xanax but this also does not seem to work.. I have even increased my dose up to 8x my prescribed dose.... is there something stronger than xanax that helps agains nervous sweating?

what version is the best for facial sweating? solution, rollon or other(is there other version?)?

how much propranolol do you need to stop hyperhidrosis? how much mg? I have tried like 4-6mg but didn't feel any effect.. i sweat mainly on the face when stressed... and i can get stressed very very easily.. like when talking to someone... /any person, even a friend
