I'm now fully caught up in Fairy Tail but let me tell you the 2014 continuation is done by different people, so I don't know what that means to you, but I found I got use to the way the characters looked in the first 175 episodes but now they look different with the exception of Gray. Yes Hime means Princess. Some other good animes to look into are Magic Knight Rayearth (forgot if I mentioned that one to you or not?) and Serial Experiments Lain.

I really enjoyed The Cat Returns. I believe Whisper of the Heart had some references to the Cat in it that kind of made the series a sequel to it. I finished Magic Knight Rayearth and am now focusing on catching up to everyone in Fairy Tail. Again, My-HiME is an awesome anime, you should really check it out!

Well right now I am in the middle of watching through Magic Knight Rayearth, an anime classic that is a much watch if you haven't seen it before! I just finished the first season tonight and will be starting season 2 tomorrow night. Also one of my anime orders came in this morning which I am really excited about and can't wait to start watching. It's a series called Mai HiME. It's an awesome anime. The manga is good too but it's a lot different than the anime and focuses a lot more on Yuuichi Tate as the protagonist. I personally prefer the anime to the manga. Mai Otome is good too!

I heard the Fruits Basket manga was better, and that there was something about Akito in it that wasn't in the anime. I forget what it was. You're right, Fairy Tail is just pure awesomeness! I don't game nearly as much as I watch anime, but I do play Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 and Persona 4 Arena. Those are my favorite anime fighters. I've yet to find a good anime RPG to play.

Some of my favorite animes are Ranma 1/2, Bleach, Naruto, Fairy Tail, Kanon (2006), Suzuka, Venus vs Virus, Rosario + Vampire, Mai HiME, Mai Otome, Mysterious Girlfriend X, Burst Angel, Shugo Chara, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (I also like the spin off mangas), Phantom Requiem for the Phantom, Shakugan No Shana, Sword Art Online, Fruits Basket, Girls and Tanks, Shangri-La, Aku no Hana, Yuyushiki, Welcome to the NHK, and let's go with Watamote to finalize my list. I haven't heard of Gintama actually, but I will keep it in mind and watch through it whenever I get the chance. Sorry for making such a giant list, I thought I would name a bunch of them encase you were personally looking for anime recommendations. Thanks for the comment!
