  • Some of the most intense relationships in peoples lives are with family members.Positive ones can lift you up,negative ones can push you down and hold you back.I try to only have people in my life that bring positive attributes .There are not many.I have shared with strangers.I find it hard at times to share my space with people particularly strangers. It makes me feel uncomfortable but I have gotten better at it.How about you? I went on a day trip to a museum today. It was the John Soans museum in London. It had nice paintings, drawings there plus a three hundred year old Saphogofus from Egypt.
I have shared different places with flatmates over the years.I seem to end up regularly living with messy people when I would perfer clean and tidy people. If you dont mind me asking, how come you dont get on with your brother.
I lived a way from home for a number of years but Im back home temporarly whilst I try to find somwhere new to live.My mum and I have a reasonable relationship but she can be hard to till with plus my issues do not help. How do you find living at home in regards to family relationships.
Its easy for people to take things like the NHS for granting. In terms of British history they are recent inivations. Before them life was much tougher.I have an interesting book on british history at home.I have been a keen reader since I was a young teen.Star trek books,Famous five books,Marvel plus some DC comics were my favourites. What tv programmes did you watch growing up apart from Manga.
Hi.I pay for my therapy myself with quite alot of help from my mum.My therapist has gotten alot of money out of me over the years, even though I pay her a special rate due to me only working part time.My career advice to people is to become a therapist and you can retire in ten years on the money you have earned.Lol.I dont have a partner but I have a mum and a brother. My mum finds my issues confusing and blames herself in some ways.My brother has anxiety has anxiety issues himself but he seems to control them well.He has a degree in Physiology and is training to be a Social Worker.I think studying Physiology was him trying to better understand himself abd people.Plus he wants to help who have problems.I think my counciling includes different elements such as CBT,talking therapy, etc.Have you seen the traillors for the new animated film, based on a Doctor Seuss character called The Laryx.Quite a few of his books have been turned into animated film. Are you a fan?
Hi.Most people have things they would like to change about their personalities and that is natural.I think alot of the things that people dont about themselves can be changed.Thats what I try to do for myself.I have only had seen one therapist and have been seeing her once a week for about 2 years. We have done alot of work on changing my negative thoughts and feelings by thinking positively .I look out for negative thoughts and tell myself they are not helpful or accurate.Do your family or boyfriend give you support?
Being emotionally honest can be a good thing in some circumstances such as in relationships. However when you are at work, college,in the outside work, being able to control the emotions generated is important.I think most emotions are neither positive or negative. However the way in which they are expressed can be negative or positive.Anger for example is not automatically a negative emotion.Channeled correctly anger can be a useful to motivate yourself,as long as it is controlled.Saying that I have had to spend years learning how to control my emotions and its still something Im working on.Very hard work.Have you seen a therapist in the past or are currently seeing one?
Hi.Im a bloke thats pretty in touch with his emotions and I dont believe in men needing to be macho.Saying that lots of films move me emotional but not to tears though.I dont cry that easily. Thanks to my therapist and the work Im doing,Im learning how to get out alot more of my emotions and feelings in a more positive, helpful way. In the past I believed that emotions like sadness, anger, were bad but Im learning that this is not the case. These emotions can be helpful if they are shown in the right way. What are your views on emotions being positive or negative?
Philadelphia was an emotional film.Films like this can help people to get built up emotion out.Are you an emotional person or not?
The film sounds like one that holds you from start to finish.I liked Philodilphia because Washington an Hanks are in it and they are too of my favourite actors. The storyline was also ground breaking due to the fact that AIDS was not discussed much at the time.
It's really weird, this plastic surgeon guy is holding a woman hostage, and you don't really know why, and then it slowly reveals the story of who she is. I don't want to give too much away in case you watch it, but it's really good :p i liked Juno and Philodelphia, it was so sad! Xx

That film sounds like an interest one that holds you from start to finish.I liked Philodelphia since Denzil Washington and Tom Hanks are too of my favourite actors. The story line was ground breaking at the time, since that illness was not really discussed at the time.
For whatever reason SPW doesn't notify me when I get visitor messages!

Anyway I once saw a replica of the Death Note at a bookstore. I didn't get a chance to closely examine it though. How would you feel about owning a replica?
Hi.I don't recoganize the film title. What's it about? Its gre when I see a film that really grips and holds the attenion.Unfortunely a lot of films don't and they are quickly forgotten. Some of my favourite films over the years are Knocked up,Juno,Philodelphi,Hankock,Cars. What are some of yours?
Discussions like this are one of the many good things about movies. Its interesting how animated movies have become so high profile and have such massive global appeal.Films like Shrek,Toy Story can bring any as much in the box office as live action films or in some cases alot more.
Over the hedge is good particulatly as features some geniune animal behaviour.Animals behaving like humans in movies, irritates me.Particuraly when they are shown wearing clothes.Mmm I guess the human part of the Wallie story could have been fleshed out more so to speak.Maybe the writers did not want to get too serious or too deep due to wanting to produce a uplifting humerous story. They did deal with the affects of having no drive as a species (therefore stagnating),relying on technology, polution. What would you have liked for the movie to explore?
I really enjoyed Wallie,Cars,Ants,The Ice age movies,Shrek 1 and 2,Over the Hedge. The list is a long one. There is something magical about animation made for an older audiance plus kids.Actually I found Wallie quite moving. The story combine elements of the affects of lonelyness, polution, humanity becoming stagnant, etc.Which animated films moved you?
Haha thanks. Where were you able to find it in necklace form?

P.S. Sorry for the really really belated reply! I haven't been here in a while.
Hi.Ii says on your profile that you like manga and anime.Do you like graphic novels and animated films like wallie.I read a few from time to time when I'm in the mood and I can find the less violent ones.
