    Wow! way to go, you've done amazingly well, and it's even better that you're going about it the right way, not crash diets and stuff! this way you should be able to keep the weight off, you must be so proud of yourself :)

    LOL that made me laugh about the ripped dudes checking out the buff girls, i just totally got an image of Barbie and Ken in my head lol thanks for all your advice, it's helped a lot and i was thinking about an all woman gym, i think i'd feel so much better without having men ogling (not that they would olgle me!) hehe

    I love getting Money for Birthdays, you can get what you want then, and dayuuum $500, you must have a wardrobe bigger than mine hehe did you lose weight or something?

    I was talking to my bf about the gym as well, he basically says the same as you, that people are just there to work out and they don't really give an eff about anyone else lol i just always imagined that people would judge you on how you look and how you work out but it is such a relief to hear that it's not like that, i'm going to look into some gyms near me and get myself fit hehe I hope you have a brilliant day today, you sound like you have some cool plans...oooh let me know what presents you get, i'm such a nosey cow lol

    Your friend sounds really cool, we all need an out going person like him who is willing to help us beat the shyness and stuff, yeah it's going to be tough for you, but you seem determined to make a change so i reckon you'll be able to fight the fear and have fun this summer! and you are so totally right we WILL be telling people about our success, because we kick ass competely hehe

Having plans for the summer is a big old help as well, are you going away or just having fun where you live? and thanks, i plan on kicking some SA ass myself this year, i've had enough of letting it rule my life, so hopefully this time next year we'll both be on here telling everyone about our success hehe

    Hey it's cool, i didn't take any offense at all :) i had a guy on msn tonight telling me i was a waste of space for doing nothing productive with my life so anything you say is cool lol and i like the sound of your summer, you seem ready to kick some SA ass this year, and i reckon you'll do it as well :)

    I like the sound of that, i'm kind of laid back as well, just go with the flow and stuff! Yeah i don't get out a lot, being an agoraphobic, but in the nice weather i will go and sit in th garden or on the balcony depending on how brave i'm feeling, i hate being indoors when the sun is shining, summer is the one time of year that really make me realise how crap it is having SA lol

    I hate just giving people a specific genre cause i listen to all types. But a few of my favorite bands/aritsts are Red hot chili peppers, Imogen heap, Dave matthews band, Bob Marley, Blue october.. All amaaaazing!!
