im going to travel and I don't care where

I signed up with GoAbroad.com - Study, Volunteer, Teach & Internships abroad and I picked a few places, minus the war torn countries.

So I felt really bummed out that I never really seen anything amazing or any different cultures in their own lands, I have only been to Canada and the US (Florida for break) so yea I figured i would hit up japan to teach basic English and learn Japanese in the process, seems like a fair trade if you ask me.

if I like it I just might stay there.

I'm sure it's going to be the start of the most interesting adventure of your life

Yea i have no expectations going into this as i told myself over and over. so i wont be let down

Oh, that's awesome! Thanks for showing me that site. I've been thinking about whether or not I truly want to finish my degree here or go elsewhere. Just a thought though, no major decisions or anything yet. It sounds like a wonderful opportunity, but I'm unsure if I could do it.

That's really cool & brave.I have never been on a plane or travelled.I went to Florida when i was a baby butt i have lil to no memory of Miami Florida

i also do this to motivate myself to doing strange things " imagine it was your funeral your laying in your casket and your surrounded by family and loved ones your watching everything that is going on in your ghostly form everyone is crying, what do you think they would talk about? have you done anything worth mentioning? anything amazing? different? ground breaking achievements? something that screams I WAS HERE!"

most of the time i can only come up with my art work and my motocross and to me that isn't worth **** in my eyes. no career to be proud of no wife or children to call my own. nothing... so it's a depressing thought but also a motivator cause you realize you really have nothing and you want to be great at one time or another!

so this is my gift to myself. a life long dream to travel and do something with myself and not have someone take care of me for the rest of my days. be someone i would be proud to be and idolize. even reading these words i am inspiring myself to be better and be something more than what I am now.

so accept who you are and build upon your foundation! accept who you are and love it.
