If you don't like mathematics, why?

What do you mean? You hated Pythagoras, Descartes, Euclid, etc?

lol no... i just remember some math profs and TAs in college being very 'snotty' with the math like I should be able to do some proof on the spot because it's so 'trivial'. A lot of math books are like that too, which I again dislike. My favorite is 'the proof is left to the reader as exercise' or 'a proof of formula xxx can be trivially completed :p

Why I hate math.

1. I always get the evil, bitter old female teachers.
2. I seem to fail everything I do in math.
3. It bores me.
4. It takes me 60 minutes to do one problem in my textbook.
5. I was never good with logic anyway. =P

I like numbers because they don't lie. Statistics is actually turning into a fun class. Maybe I should become a statistician lol

So long as you're not afraid of getting a doctorate in it, which is typically what's required to have the title.

It's not that I hate mathematics but I simply can't work out sums very well. I have dyscalculia. Saying that I do think mathematics is necessary but I struggle to add up total amount when bying things in a shop.
