usually like 4 or 5 in the morning. Even when I had to get up at 6am for work I still went to bed at like 2am. I'd sleep during the day if I could, I've always liked nighttime, it's more peaceful and quiet.

Well, usually between 12 and 1 a.m. My schedule is different during the school year, but still I usually can't make myself to fall asleep before midnight at the earliest.

3 or 4 am if i am not in school. 11-1 if i am in school (have to be there at 8am)... usually i will take a nap later that day.

i prefer being up late at night because it feels right. it is physically painful to be up in the morning. it hurts my senses, literally. it is especially painful if i have to be in the presense of other humans before 12 am.

i also enjoy staying up late because that is when everybody in the world (at least on my side) is asleep. suddenly i am free. the world belongs to me. it's almost as if the population doesn't even exist anymore. i love it.

If I have no school work to do (which I have all the time now more) it's gets around 00:00. At rare times I manage to make it 22:00 - 23:00 which is my aim. But I always get stuck at the comp feeling that I don't want to go to sleep. When talking on msn it's often with people who has a different time zone than I, and that really screws the sleepin pattern. :S Then it gets >3:00.

I usually get to bed between 2:30 am and 4:30 am

I usually wake up between 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm

I sleep on average 9 to 10 hours a day, I think it's too much but I can't help it.

I've managed to setup my school and work schedule all in the afternoon or evenings. I can't physically and mentally deal with mornings.

I'm not exactly sure to what extent my sleeping pattern is related to my anxiety and depression, but I think it has atleast a little to do with it.

When I don't have school, I usually go to sleep between 1 and 2. during school, i try to get to bed before 12:30, but it doesn't always happen.

Any time after 2. Sometimes I wont sleep till 3, 4, or my latest is 5:30. I can't fall asleep early even if i try. Even when I'm sick I can't fall asleep early. After 11pm I'm wide awake. Once or twice a long time ago I tried taking a nap in the afternoon but when I got up I felt sick for a few hours, dizzy or light headed (I don't fully understand it) and I'm not going to try it again cuz if I do I'll just throw off my sleeping pattern which is pretty much none existent! My theory for me not going to sleep is I don't want tomorrow to come. I want to stay in the now.

interesting question. i wonder if there is any correlation between our sleep schedule and anxiety.

lately i've been going to bed around 3-330am and i usually never go to bed before 12. i've tried to become a morning person but it never feels right, i always revert back to being a night owl.

Insomnia is a bitch.

I can't sleep. I'll go to bed at 12AM and not fall asleep till 8:30AM or so... then wake up around 10AM and go to work for 1pm.

I usually only sleep every other night.

You lucky bastards. NEVER pass up an opportunity for a sleep... it is the greatest possible thing you can do for your body. Rest well, and rest often.

I usually go to sleep sometime before midnight, and I like to wake up around 6 AM or so. I need pills to sleep, otherwise I can't sleep at all.
