A post by Gustavofring has given someone(gustavoofring and Anotfox) the idea that we can look after each others progress by a daily monitoring of our work schedule....i think it's a very bright idea. We don't have to work 6-8 hrs...can start 3-4 hrs a day with or without anxiety.

If anyone interested Please raise hands....we can start a club. Any ideas are welcome. If it is asking for too much...join in later.

iDLe bRaIn iS a DeViLs WoRkshop, indeed. Lets do some positive things in life...pleaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeee.

I'm in.

Daily progress and focus on goals is good and we can motivate each other. We must be careful though that it itself doesn't turn into another procrastination tool.

Perhaps the Avoidant Personality Disorder section is best for this, as it isn't really social anxiety related, more avoiding life goals.

I'm confused what Avoidant Personality Disorder is. I tend to avoid everything but I thought the psychiatric term had more to do with very low self esteem and perception of one's self....What is it?

I'm in and posted my situation/goals. Hope it's ok that mine are not career-related, but it's definitely due to procrastination/laziness that needs a good butt-kickin'!

i feel so tired after a days work...resting the mind is so important. Watching youtube videos is definitely not a relaxation technique. Neither is TV...i thought it would take my mind off...after yesterday, i think tv/youtube etc are a temporary deviation which make things worse later on.
