Favorite/least favorite time of day?

Do you have a time of the day that you like the most and/or one you dread?

I like mid-morning to early afternoon, because it's not too early, but there is still time to be productive in the day. I get very anxious in the evening and at night, because I realize I have wasted my entire day, and am running out of time to do stuff.

Favourite time of day = when I first wake up. (I have not done anything to stuff the day up yet)

Least favourite time of day = 3:00pm in the afternoon. (I always run out of energy then and have to fight off falling asleep)

Just after dawn down at the beach. My least favourite time is going to work.

this is freaky! i was just about to start a thread on this exact topic...for me by far its late afternoon and evening. i've thoughts lots about this and i believe its for several different reasons. for one any bad experiances that have occured throughout my lifetime have generally occured during the day, so i think my brain is sort of on edge a bit more during daylight hours, i feel much mre anxious and depressed. whenever i was working or at school comming home in the afternoon was often an emense relief and so i believe its left a lasting calming feeling entering this period of day. less bordem occurs for me during afternoon/evening as more interesting tv programs come on etc. i feel much more contemplative and spirtual connection during this time, more alert. plus i think my brain is gearing up for dream time which is much more exciting times then my actual life. so its probably anticipatory excitment. its cooler and more pleasant during the summer months.

"Then did Life look thoughtfully behind and around, and said softly: "O Zarathustra, you are not faithful enough to me!

You love me not nearly so much as you say; I know you think of soon leaving me.
There is an old heavy, heavy, booming-clock: it booms by night up to your cave:-

When you hear this clock strike the hours at midnight, then think you between one and twelve thereon- You think thereon, O Zarathustra, I know it- of soon leaving me!"-

"Yes," answered I, hesitatingly, "but you know it also" And I said something into her ear, in amongst her confused, yellow, foolish tresses.

"You know that, O Zarathustra? That knows no one."

And we gazed at each other, and looked at the green meadow o'er which the cool evening was just passing, and we wept together.- Then, however, was Life dearer to me than all my Wisdom had ever been."

Least favourite time: Late mornings and early afternoons. The weather gets real hot, I end up feeling sleepy and my energy level hits a low.
Favourite time: Night, when I'm most awake. :)

morning is worst - the entire day lays before me, rife with the prospect of failure

by evening, nothing more "important" can be done, expectations are forgotten, and i can come alive

Favourite time- at night when I am sleeping or weekends when I can laze around.

Least favourite- in the mornings when I have to get up early. For the life of me I just can't get up on time, then having to rush to work etc. I also dislike afternoons after lunch as that is the time I get busy at work and can never finish on time.

Favorite: About 6pm to 12am when I'm home from work and can relax and do what I want like going on the computer or watching TV.

Least favorite: 9am-5pm when I have to go to work lol, or 12am which is when I usually realize that I better go to sleep so I can get up for work the next day.

I have to least favorite times of day. At night, when I need to go to bed and in the morning when I have to get up.

Favorite time would be around lunch time until sometime in the afternoon. Basically, my peak when I am most awake, etc.

Least favourite time: Morning/Early afternoon. People are around or I am around people and I am so nervous, panicky and awkward that it really tires me out.
Favourite time: Very late at night/early morning (from 9pm - 6am). No one is up or around so I can just be me and I seem to be a lot more relaxed during this time. Don't get much sleep, though.

Mornings are by far my least favorite. I think the main reason is obvious: having to wake up.

Ironically, night isn't my favorite time of the day anymore. I still prefer it over morning, but I actually like the period between mid-day and early evening, because that's the time when I'm doing the most.
