Do You Watch Eastenders?

Well it's only content left worth watching TV for since Knight Rider in the 80s. I don't watch anything else

I find myself addicted to soaps. I love neighbours because of the strong family ties that I have always desired. I also love the fact they have good friends, something else that would complete me in reality.

Regarding EastEnders, I find I get a lot of slack for admitting I watch it. But I enjoy seeing these characters develop, I forget about my mundane life and watch other peoples lol

They need to put someone with SA on a mainstream soap, might make others actually understand us and what we have to go through.

That's quite a family to pick. You need to switch to one of the Australian ones, where everybody is happy and it's always sunny.

And where you don't have to work out how you're supposed to feel because a different music plays according the the "tone" of the scene

And I'm your sisters mother! Who had a sex change and broke out of prison!

ahahaha brilliant.

Eastenders I remember as a child the "who shot phil?" storyline where the episode ended with all the suspects having their doorbells rung, and phil breaking the fourth wall and asking the viewer "guess who?" lol

I can remember an episode either last christmas or the one before that where one of the characters heard Santa's sleigh fly over on christmas eve (implying that he was real) that was funny too :D

Well I did watch it regularly not so much now, I stopped watching it around the time when Lucas, who was a preacher turned evil went around on a killing spree but I'm guessing he got caught/died?

And I know that they got into trouble recently with that whole baby swap storyline...

When I was in primary school and we had to write about something, I made a story up with my answer to "who shot phil?" How sad!

I used to watch it religiously for pretty much my whole life and never missed an episode, then it started to bore me with all it's irritating characters like Janine.

I started watching Emmerdale when I saw the story about the young gay guy who ended up paralysed and his decision to end his life. I thought it was handled quite well.
