Sure, you can make up for your inferior exterior, but it's difficult. Look at all the attractive people in hollywood, and find me one that doesnt have at least 4 out of the 5 qualities.
I know personally, theres no real distinction between the average and above average range. I think thats like most.

This thread is a bit old but I'm gonna post anyways. Yes people and society in general judge you on your looks. That's why you should present yourself as best as you can. Groom well, dress well, try to be in good shape. But just because other people judge you based on your looks doesn't mean you have to judge yourself based on your looks. And ultimately, people will judge you based on whether or not you love yourself. Confidence is worth a lot more than high cheekbones. You guys would be doing yourself a great favor if you derived your self esteem from your abilities and personality rather than looks, that's all I'm trying to say.
