All I can tell you is that the only opinion that matters on this subject is your own, OP. What I think is meaningless.
With that said, after what I've seen with my guy friends, your guy sounds like real winner. He doesn't get drunk and get in fights and he doesn't sleep around with the entire city of women. He's not shady and doesn't go to jail.
From what I hear, your guy is above average as far as a companion goes. The stories I hear from the women I've dated are pretty absurd when they speak of the guys in the dating world.
