Where can you talk to psychologists online?

Does anyone know of any free websites where you can talk to/chat with or even a forum, where you can ask a psychologist about issues?

For free? Utopia! Impossible.
Explanation: imagine such a thing were possible. How many people would try to contact the psychologist? It would be such a mess... just like getting an autograph from a celebrity.

There was a chat (in my native language) where they claimed there were psychologists available for free... I joined at once, but it didn't take me long to find out no one in the chat room had ever even seen them... LOL.
In a forum (in my native language) I have seen a couple of psychotherapists and counselors though... you know, some of them join communities to advertise their activities while trying to help a little for free. They might answer in some threads they choose every once in a while, and that's it.
I expect the situation on the English part of the internet to be the same, so I'm not even looking for anything like that anymore. I know there are services like "Samaritans" or something, where there are people who will listen to you if you are suicidal or have problems... but they are not psychologists.

You can contact some psychologists online, some seem to do online therapy, or are willing to talk online anyway, but they'll charge something... not for free.

Not for free. If they offer free services, there's something extremely fishy about that. Psychologists have a very stressful job and probably don't have time to offer the same services they give to in-person clients online for free. I would assume if they have the time to do that, they're breaking a lot of rules and are WAY too inexperienced to properly handle an emergency situation.

There are reputable therapists online that you can pay for but I think it would be best to call or send a letter to hospitals and private-practicing therapists asking them if they offer online services, rather than merely signing up for a site you found on google or something.

I don't know how it is in Ukraine but here in the states, we have a code called the American Psychological Association (APA) Code of Ethics designed to protect clients. If you have an equivalent form of ethics coding where you live, I would try to find online therapists who can somehow prove that they're certified and can protect you.
