Just being shy, suffer anxiety, being a loser and so on. Who cares? It's just another label to justify our cowardice before life.
 
I would that the only difference bw shyness and sa is that sa has a harmful effect on your life and makes it hard for you to live "normally."

I suffer from SAD, but i just use SA. It is the same thing to me. Surprised that lots of people use it just as a term for general anxiety. Makes me kinda feel like a looser even here.

When I write "SA," I mean just that: social anxiety. Everyone has social anxiety to a degree. When it interferes with a person's life, then it is a disorder.
