Usually at about 4:00AM. sleep about 6 hours a night
i agree with you..we come to the world once..why should we spend it by sleeping..i get up early and much time is left to me..i thank God i am alive..i finish the housework earlier 'cause i get up early..please don't sleep too much..it's not only unhealthy but also you lack of time..Blushed said:Sleep is a waste of time, there is way to much to do.
I wish I could handle only geting 5 hours sleep like some people do.

Someone gave me a few songs and I listened to them before I slept. It actually stopped me thinking to myself and I had a nice sleep, woke up and could actually get up straight away. I think the silence builds anxitey for me, so now I found something that stops that, I'm down to 9 hours sleep.^.^
I got a bach rescue remedy ages ago, and outside it just makes me laugh, weak and relaxed and puts me to sleep, so maybe use it for sleep instead...
