What time do you go to bed?

I tend to go to bed betwen 1:00 and 2:00 am, but I hardly ever get to sleep before 3:00/3:30... I wake up at all sorts of times though, sometimes around 8:00am, sometimes close to 11:00 lol So typically I get between 5 and 8 hours sleep a night, it's usually around the 6/7 hours mark though.

I find myself staying up later and later .. It used to be about 10:30~11 then it became 12 and lately about 1am. This is on work days.

As for weekend... very late. Its about 3am now. Sometimes I have gone to sleep as late as 7am. Its pretty bad when you see light coming through the windows & you can hear birds.

Well I have gone w/o sleep once or twice doing uni assignments, but that was few years ago.

I think I should really get more sleep. It seems to be tiring me out a lot.

school i get to sleep at about 24.00 - 02.00 and wake up at 07.00 weekend i go to sleep at about 04.00 - 09.00 and wake up at about 14.00-18.00. on holidays i am mostly nocturnal and i sleep about 6 or 7 hours for 2 or 3 days then sleep about 18 to catch up so its to irregular to say when.

When I have work in the morning, its between 10pm-11pm. When I don't, its anytime from 1am-3am.

I try and get 8 hours of sleep, but on work days I wake up several times during the night.

Sleep is a waste of time, there is way to much to do.

I wish I could handle only geting 5 hours sleep like some people do.

The latest for me is 2am, i like to talk on the phone before i sleep, or i always stay awake thinking. But im up usually 10pm, and i usually get up at half 9 so i get lots of sleep. Im a heavy sleeper, i love to lie in.

i agree with you..we come to the world once..why should we spend it by sleeping..i get up early and much time is left to me..i thank God i am alive..i finish the housework earlier 'cause i get up early..please don't sleep too much..it's not only unhealthy but also you lack of time..

I usually don't get enough sleep, or it feels that way anyway.

About 1am most nights but when I'm really anxious it could be 2 or 3.

If I'm anxious I wake up exhausted and don't really wake up much at all during the day.

My biggest problem is being left alone with my thoughts at night, when its quiet, so when I wake up, I have to lie in, I'm just too weak. :( not that I don't love to lie in though, but I do want more daylight, more time.

Someone gave me a few songs and I listened to them before I slept. It actually stopped me thinking to myself and I had a nice sleep, woke up and could actually get up straight away. I think the silence builds anxitey for me, so now I found something that stops that, I'm down to 9 hours sleep.^.^

I got a bach rescue remedy ages ago, and outside it just makes me laugh, weak and relaxed and puts me to sleep, so maybe use it for sleep instead...

about 10pm but I don't fall asleep until after midnight, and even then I wake up every hour, pondering

i sleep about 10 pm. In weekends i pass most of the days in the bed and 9 pm i'm sleeping.

Depends. If I'm tired enough, when I've had little sleep the previous night but have been out for most of the day, I could go to bed at 12 plus or 1 plus. At other times, its around 2 something or later depending on how sleepy I feel. Sometimes, I do deliberately stay up to watch tv though. There's this rerun that I like that starts at 3am and runs for an hour till four three days a week, and I stay up to watch it if I'm not too tired. But the problem is, after watching it, I can feel quite wide awake all of a sudden and I end up sleeping a few hours after the show ends :roll:
