Usually around 12:00 - 1:00 am, but it usually takes me an hour or two to fall asleep. And I wake up at random times during the night, so I have to fall asleep all over again...
before midnight from now on. that's one of the stupid things that exacerbetes my problems in life. you can't have a good life when you literally lose every night
later edit..I'm going to bed now. it's 23:42. I must change my habits!
It depends how sleepy I am, but usually I head to bed between midnight and 3 am, waking up between 7:30 and 10:00 am. It would probably be better for my health if I went to bed closer to midnight and farther from 3 am, but something just keeps me up ::

I usually go to bed around p:00 PM and sleep for 7/8 hours a day as it prevents from stress and boost my memory. Sleeping 7/8 strengthen heart and reduce the rik of depression, cardiovascular disease and cancer.
