What do you do for a living?

Hey, just wondeing what kind of jobs people here have. Do you work in office, at home, convenience store, teacher, doctor, lawyer, porn star... what do you do?!

I'm and English Teacher for 6 - 14 year olds... before this job I worked for a call centre and had people yell at me about things that I didn't do for 8 hours... now I have kids tell me they love me and play games all day.

What do you do? I'm seriously curious... maybe there is a trend or something.

Or at least tell me what your best/worst job was... I beth there were some really awful ones! My worst was a convenience store where the security cameras were facing the emplyees and not the customers - talk about paranoia! 8O

I'm studying to be a 3d-artist to work with game producing. On my free time I'm sitting home alone all the time most of the time very bored and always a little bit depressed.

I'm a neuropharmacologist. Sounds more complicated than it is. Study the effects of drugs on the brain and finding drugs to treat brain disorders. Wish i could find a cure for this sh*t!

I graduated college in May (degree in Psych) but I am working at a retail store as a sales associate part-time. I haven't had any motivation to find something in my field and I have been to depressed to do more schooling- even though I really want to get my masters.

Backroom Trainer at a retail store.

It started out really bad like trash work. But I did good work and was promoted. Now I get to use forklifts and play with heavy pallets all day. I enjoy it, cause its fun to predict angles and see if the pallet will fit when its like 50 feet in the air.

I dont have to talk to anyone except other employees who I already know now and accept me, or people that Im above and have to respect me. I dont think I could handle a sales position. Im social in a friendly way, but when my Job depends on how I phrase and express myself in communicating... I panic. at least in the backroom I know everything so well that I dont make mistakes when instructing others on how to do the job.

I've had several different jobs, ranging from overnight janitor, data entry, logistics, factory work, and working in a kitchen. Right now I do work outside on yachts. Won't go into too much detail on that though :X

Cool.

I used to work as a webdesigner. I used to want to go into 3D graphics too, I was good at that. Never was any good at programming, but it interested me, still does.

Now im a metal fencer. We make many of our fence panels at the workshop, so I do metal fabrication, welding, drilling, ect. Then putting the fence in involves digging post holes, mixing concrete, levelling, measuring, ect. Its fun I enjoy it.

I like the technical aspects, and the good old fashioned hard work on site.

Spend some time just lying in my bed thinking. At rare times I happen to fall asleep for a few horus too. (>,<) Makes me unable to sleep later.

I have my own businesses. I have a biofuel making plant and a fashion photography studio. Just sold my online shop as a going concern because I have no time left for it. Do occasional modelling jobs and occasional freelance stylist if I feel up to it.
