Well, I've decided upon going cold turkey on zopiclone

Hey. I am going to go without zopiclone for 15 days, durring which I will be called upon to write some mathematics tests. So, please, wish me luck with the melencholy adventure.

Dude be careful you can risk a siezure or other nasty side effects if you quit cold turkey. Taper off them!

Zopiclone has been found to be almost as bad as benzos for dependance and withdrawal so , yeah, take care doing that!

Good luck, and I hope you stay off them too. I abused zopiclone for years, although I still have sleep problems, I do feel better for not taking it anymore.

I'm going cold turkey on cipralex at the mo, nearly 2 weeks now since I took any! I'm trying to fight my depression and anxiety by exercising as I've read it's just as effective. Hope all goes well for you!
