Want your guys/girls opinions

I am a 20 year old with autism. I was wondering if you were interested in them or if they were interested in you would you like them to tell you that they have autism. Like is it information you would like to know before you got serious with them. Just a question because I'm very open with my autism and I think it's only fair if I share that, so they don't get a surprise and hurt me because of it. That's my opinion, what about you guys/girls?

If i were interested in someone who's also interested in me and wanted to get serious then i think trusting each other is essential, so yes, i'd like that person to feel comfortable with me and tell me whatever he/she needs to tell.

Sure, it's really important to share something like that, personally I would like to know if the guy I am dating has autism or any other condition to understand him better. But I do think that you should wait some time to tell it (to make sure it can be something serious) like is not necessary to share it with people that you just met (although if you like to share it go ahead) but in my case I am really shy and don't trust just anyone so I wait a reasonable time to share this kind of aspects of my life.

In my opinion openness makes you stronger, because people see that you are aware of your mistakes and faults and they percieve that you can overcome it.
I know it is a cliché, but try to be open in a right time. When you think that others could know more about you, tell them what is on your mind.
