Unmotivated at home

I can totally relate with this thread. My room is like my lazy comfort zone. Whenever I get some fresh air, I have the feeling of "damn I should go do this and that!" and then I enter home, and blam. Gone.

I really wonder if we all have some form of ADD as well and wether it's correlated to SA.

Sometimes I go to the library, but I feel like I need to escape from there. I get all annoyed by sounds and people and turn restless and unable to focus.
