Twitching and spasms

Does anyone experience like twitching in fingers and toes? Or even in the face. I'm been having like spasms and twitching. Now it's in my face. I don't know if this is due to anxiety or something else. ::

Man I get them all over, legs, arms, eyes, fingers, toes and the most annoying ones are on the sides of my head....near my temple.

I have it sometimes, don´t know what it is, maybe some body imbalance or lack of something? When this twitching gets into extreme, it is a seisure. Happened to me once and was pretty awful. But I don´t seem to have it that much recently.

Actually I had it once after a strong weed too. Was quite frightening. (Not that I was some weed junkie, I only had it a couple of times )

Do you take medicine for it or does it go away? I noticed more that it has become more frequent since I've been stressed about my health.

No, I don´t take any medicine. Just don´t worry about it, I don´t think it´s serious and maybe it will go away at some point.
