It exhausts me too. When I come back inside from doing almost anything I need to unwind and relax, and just want to sleep. It's particularly bad if I know I have to be outside again later. Sometimes I won't even come home between obligations because the second I do it's like all the air comes out of the balloon. When anxiety is worst I'm outside just running on adrenaline.

It is like being exhausted the whole time, but when I finally are alone and think I am going to have a nice sleep all the tiredness disappears and I am all right.

Yes whenever i go outside (which i rarely do) and go to places with lots of people i get stressed easily and then when i'm finally home i'm happy and at the same time very tired and exhausted. I suppose doing cardio or lifting weights could help you become less tired maybe? But then again you have to go to a gym for that...

I feel the same too. Solitary exercise helps me feel better and more energetic.

I really miss my busy days of up at 6am for breakfast and train to London, getting home at 20:00 with... hour & a half to make dinner and sleep. That's what I want. Weekend to clean the house & get to the gym, although running to catch a train can be good exercise

I hate being stuck at home alone with only jobhunting to do. Sleep regime is not right. TV past midnight. Up at 7am

The transition between the two lifestyles is difficult; starting afresh gives me plenty of motivation and determination, but can lead to anxiety when getting prepared and dressed. Walking away from being fired & rejected is tough

Yeah I usually crash at around 5/6 pm when it's dinner time. I usually take a nap because I feel terrible and don't look forward to seeing roommates. Maybe I get tired because I feel a lot of resistance going into the kitchen and meeting people, but I suspect it's more something physical. Like a bloodsugar crash.

Tomorrow I'll have a blood test and I hope this will show why I have these strange energy crashes.

Hi Oton thanks for posting.
I know that many people are going to relate to your message. Crowds can be emotionally draining to some people and it makes them feel worn out and tired. Different people relax and recharge their batteries in different ways. There's nothing wrong with spending some alone time indoors to unwind and relax. Allow me to take a moment to apologize because I know that my next sentence is going to sound judgmental. But I believe there's a difference between spending time indoors to relax, opposed to never going outside because it makes you feel incredibly stressed out and overwhelmed. I understand just how painful it feels to be so intimidated by the outside world and I'm sorry if you experience that same stress which keeps you indoors. I just wanted you to know that this is a safe place to talk about yourself and there's a lot of really awesome and understanding people here. You aren't alone by any means.

Thank you man =) and yes i'm new at this site but i can already see how many nice people there are here that are helping out people like me. I will def. ask something if i have to and will try to help others too :D.
