Hello all,
So I thought it would be nice to make a topic about your step of the day.
What is your goal, today? What do you wanna reach?
Doesn't have to be big... Just something you feel proud after you did it.
Here's my step today:
Go for a walk for 30 minutes.
More steps:
4 meals rather than 3. (gain weight program)
Talk with my therapist about my setback and ask for tips
Relaxation techniques. (at least 30 minutes, every single day)
Get lots of sleep. (lack of sleep, go to bed around 9:30/10:00)
Finish my powerpoint presentation. So I'll be ready for school.
Make homework. Page 13 to page 30. So I keep myself on program.
If I feel like it, I will make more pages, so I'll be further on the program that is always a good thing to consider.
Look for a smartphone with my mom today, She's going to buy a new phone.
