Hello members of S.P.W really nice side and alot of information to be found in here 
My name is jonas and Im born and live in Iceland and Im 20 years old.
I found this side when I was looking for about ( panic disorder ) that have been making my life harder for the last 7 months or so, but Im getting alot better from that but now social anxiety is the hard part.
I don´t know how long I have had social phobia but it has always been up and down and it is really bad now more than ever. I always loved to be with my friends and go doing whatever with them, but now when Im going to meet them or go to the mall I get really stresst and nervous.
I really look forward to this side and hope everyone is doing well and see the light in the end of the tunnel
