Hm that's interesting. It seems like it would be really weird, and forced. I don't think I'd ever do it myself, but I would like to watch someone else do it.

i do this all day, every day

customers come into my store from all over

we chat about all sorts of things - no "menu" to pick from, just whatever springs to mind

a few minutes here, a few minutes there

but now "the season" has ground to a halt, so it gets pretty boring here for the next few months until more people start coming in again

I would definitely be willing to take part in this project! Especially since it's a performance art piece, I wouldn't feel so guilty about "performing" my way through the conversation.
