Suicidally depressed

I've been suicidally depressed in the past few days. I nearly collapsed from anxiety and exhaustion at the dentist today. And I have a job interview on thursday. I don't know what to do ::(:

Are you susceptible to depression in general or is it a product of your problems with anxiety? Or both?
I'm very susceptible to both depression and anxiety. I don't know if it's anxiety that causes my depression, but what difference does it make? I feel exhausted, suffer from insomnia, feel terribly anxious and depressed..

*Stay with a friend for a few days if you live by yourself. or let your family know how your feeling*

Realize regardless of what happens at your interview that life will continue and things will get better. Because things cant keep getting worse forever.

If you really feel suicidal please call a help "hotline" and talk to people there. Its free and anonymous. They've helped a few friends of mine before and are there for exactly this situation.

I don't have friends, I live with my parents and they know how I'm feeling. And things are getting worse and worse. I'm one of those lucky people who will struggle with severe depression till death. What can you do when life has dealt you a bad hand.

Haha, my father told me that... "what can you do when life has dealt you a bad hand"... right after he divorced my mom and moved away. I was only 13, and I haven't spoken to him since.

I'll tell you what you can do... give God a big middle finger, tell him to F**K himself... and then continue fighting your inner war. Until you win and its over.

Its not easy to win, its not going to be fast. But It DOSE end up happening if you try hard enough. & after you overcome that giant hurdle, any other problems you face in life will be trivial.

Your stronger then you know, I know I was.

What you should do is go see a psychiatrist about getting put on antidepressants. I did and it's the best decision I ever made! I used to be suicidally depressed just like you but since I've started on them I'm almost never depressed anymore. So do me a favour and look into it :)

I don't know what God has to do with it. If you don't believe in God, why would you give Him the middle finger. And if you do believe in God, what would giving him the middle finger accomplish?

They never did anything for me. My psychiatrist thinks I'm on antidepressants. What he doesn't know is that I had stopped taking it, since it didn't help.

Just stop it. What else can we say, really? Those are things only us can manage; it's either a personal effort of the one who's suffering or resorting to pills and more pills. Why exactly did you have so much anxiety at the dentist?

If you dont believe in God (in any small way, shape, or form) then I guess the gesture of flicking off the supreme creator of all existence holds a lesser value.

But if you do (even if its just a little bit) then the significance is obvious. If God has turned his back on you and drove you to this point then F**k him. You dont need him. You have strength enough to pull through, and exist against his will.

If you believe in God, you will also know that you can not go against His will.
